THE PROJECTS

Established in 1956, the client’s products help their customers look after their home and garden. Whilst their in-store reputation was well-established, their online presence was lacking.

We nurtured an excellent working relationship with the client, improving brand perception and increasing their online presence through a series of successful campaigns and projects.

Projects included:

  • A rebuild and redesign of their entire site

    • We used iterative wireframes to nail down layouts, content hierarchy and clear user journeys, then successfully applied heir famous branding and tone-of-voice. This included moving them from a local .co.uk URL to a global .com domain, helping position them on a global stage.

  • Conversation Rate Optimisation

    • Regularly reviewing the site alongside analytics and user feedback to identify pain points, prioritising these within an ICE framework, then running A/B tests to ensure the site is constantly improving and converting customers

  • Paid Media & Social Media advertising

    • We created banner adverts and social media graphics to support new product launches, promotional campaigns and special offers. These were a mix of static and animated assets.

  • Content Creation & Digital Support

    • Working alongside content creators and writers, we added easy-to-use guides and trend pieces to help customers get the best from their products and enjoy their home and garden as much as possible. Promotional campaigns had effective landing pages, with imagery regularly updated to reflect the changing seasons and keep the site feeling fresh.
