I worked on a wide range of website content, marketing campaigns, social media assets and conversion rate optimisation projects for one of the most popular paint brands in the UK

THE PROJECT

Backed by a comprehensive engagement plan, we’ve created a large range of social media assets that take full advantage of the great photography from their customer’s successful home improvement projects.

This was made up of a mix of static assets as well as animations. This has resulted in an ongoing social media partnership that continues to this day.

After launching a refreshed website we created a series of promotional campaigns and tools including a ‘virtual assistant’ to guide customers through their colour choice journey, using wireframes and prototypes to verify our ideas.

We also launched a streamlined version of the site for use on in-store touchscreens.

The site has since been awarded B2C Website of the Year at the 2023 Digital Growth Awards and Best Partner Solution at the Umbraco Awards.
